You will be pampered tableside by our traditional “Gauchos” featuring a variety of cuts of meats served on skewers and sliced tableside to your desired taste. Our featured meats have been seasoned to perfection and slow roasted over open flames to provide you with our unique style of flavor.

Complementing your meal, we provide you with a full salad bar featuring some of Brazil’s favorites.

In addition to your tableside service you will be provided with Brazilian side dishes such as: rice, beans, polenta, fried banana, mashed potatoes and our famous cheese bread.

  • BEEF ANCHO The prime part of the rib eye, beef ancho celebrates the rich flavor and delectable texture of that elite cut
  • FILET MIGNON Cut from the tenderloin, seasoned to perfection. Also served wrapped in bacon
  • CORDEIRO Fresh young leg of lamb sliced off the bone, also served as chops.
  • LINGUICA Robust pork sausages.
  • COSTELA DE PORCO Tender pork ribs slow roasted to perfection.
